Jeffrey A. Kwass

Co-President

Jeffrey manages the sales and marketing functions at ViewPoint. Formerly with Conrail, Jeff was the international shipping group marketing manager as well as the New England forest products marketing manager. He has an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in political economy from Colorado College. Jeff has served on the board of the Mass Sign Association and lives in Lexington, MA.

David J. Randa

Co-President

Dave heads the operations at ViewPoint. He spent eight years at the Oracle Corporation where he was a regional consulting manager specializing in helping customers improve their operations through the use of accounting, distribution and manufacturing software. Dave has an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a B.S. in computer science from the University of Delaware. Dave currently serves as president of the Northeast Canvas Products Association.

Bart Steele

Account Manager

Bart brings a strong sales and management background to the team. He directed all buying and merchandising activities for New England’s largest independent video chain. Bart topped $1 million in sales for three consecutive years as Sales Manager for a leading commercial sign company. He also built brand recognition as Regional Sales Manager for a national sign extrusion wholesaler. Bart is an elected Representative Town Meeting member and served on the North Attleboro Zoning Board of Appeals for ten years. Bart`s customers include Papa Gino`s, D `Angelo`s, Honey Dew Donuts and some of Boston`s largest commercial real estate companies.

Scott J. Spaulding

Account Manager

Scott is responsible for account management.  He possesses a strong knowledge of architectural signage developed over seven years in sign sales and operational management. He was a facilities manager in the hospitality industry with Marriott for ten years before joining the sign industry in 1995. Scott studied management at Northeastern University.

Norm Harkness

Sign Manager

Norm has 40 years of sign manufacturing experience with a solid background in the manufacturing, installation and service of all types of signs. He most recently served as the Operations Manager at Centredale Signs and AA Thrifty Sign and Awning. Norm’s extensive knowledge and experience working with contractors and designers serves him well in satisfying client needs.

Douglas Devine

Awning Manager

Doug is responsible for managing awning production and installation. He has extensive experience with sign and awning manufacturing and previously served as plant manager at B.H. Awning, a national awning company based in Michigan. Doug has a 13 year military background with Desert Storm experience and served as a member of the U.S. Army Reserves.

Jay Tuccolo

Design Director

Jay has over 25 years of sign design and production experience. He is responsible for managing the design team and computer technologies growth. Jay has a B.S. in Communications Media with a specialization in Graphic Design from Fitchburg State University. Formerly The Sign Center’s Art Director, Jay has extensive experience within the sign industry and computer sciences. His expertise in sign design, strategic marketing, IT research/development, and systems development has enabled ViewPoint to maintain its dedication to the highest quality product while growing its production capacity to meet the challenges of today’s market.

Cindy Dolitka

Small Sign Division Manager

Cindy is responsible for managing the Small Sign Division. She has over 20 years of sign design and production experience. She started out doing Mechanical Drafting for Raytheon Company until returning to school to major in Sign Painting and Design at Butera School of Art in Boston, MA.  After graduating she worked for Alpha Sign & Awning doing design and production as well as managing the graphics department until they were acquired by ViewPoint in 2004.

Ed McElroy

Graphic Manager

Ed has over 15 years in the sign industry. He has extensive experience with digital printing and graphic production. Ed has a B.A. in Graphic Design from the University of New Haven.  He was formerly employed with Sign Design, where he was the Graphics Supervisor. At ViewPoint Ed is responsible for managing graphic production and graphic installation.

George Johnstone

Estimating Manager

George has over 22 years of experience in all aspects of the sign industry as the owner and founder of Alpha Sign and Awning Co., Inc. George is responsible for cost estimating and project evaluation. He is a graduate of the GE apprentice machinist program and a journeyman Tool and Die maker. He has an Associates degree in Business Administration from Dean College, and studied Industrial Engineering and Management at Central New England College.

Merrill Leavens

Service Department Manager

Merrill manages operations for the service department as well as market development. He was previously installation and service manager at Advanced Signing, Inc. and has 25 years of electrical sign experience. Merrill holds a building operation license for the City of Boston as well as a Rhode Island Sign Contractor license.

Sean Donovan

Project Management

Sean has over 20 years experience in the sign industry with an extensive background in graphic design and sign installation. Sean is a graduate of Butera School of Art in Boston. His responsibilities include project management, customer service, site analysis and surveys. Sean’s keen design sense along with his attention to detail enables him to excel at servicing ViewPoint’s national accounts.

Jack Floyd

Project Management

Jack has over 22 years of experience in the sign industry throughout New England. He was formerly employed with Barlo Signs, where he managed the project management department.  Jack’s responsibilities at ViewPoint include project management, estimating, business development and customer service. Jack designed and manages the survey process at ViewPoint and is our resident ADA signage expert. Jack is a Berklee College graduate and completed a 900 hour course in computer electronics at GTE Sylvania Tech.
